A little bit about myself - my name is Callie Spencer-Jones. I live in the Eastern Bay of Plenty with my family. I have worked in the accounting industry since 1989, when my career began in a local chartered accountancy firm. In April 2014, after completing my Diploma in Business Studies in Accountancy, I formed my own business, CJ Accounting Services.

 

I felt there was a gap in the market for the unique service I can provide. I have the ability to attend to your accounting needs punctually and ensure all of your IRD obligations meet their deadlines. I know once we've met and had time to discuss your individual needs, that you will be more than satisfied with the solutions I can offer.

 

Geographical terrain no longer plays a part in providing efficient services. Technology allows me to be in contact with clients all over New Zealand and Australia. On-line solutions also mean I can work with clients seamlessly.

In 2021 I became an ATAINZ member.

I provide all of your accounting and tax requirements; GST, PAYE, Tax Preparation, Company Formation, Business set-up options, and the list goes on.

 

As a small agency, with just the two of us, it allows me to form a much closer relationship with all my clients. We can meet in person and keep in touch throughout the entire process, allowing clarity and great communication. I personally ensure that all of your business matters are handled promptly, and in an organised manner. My goal is to provide a professional service while building an approachable, friendly rapport with each client.
